Drain to waste system using coco/perlite.
All flower rooms and three (3) vegetative growth rooms have EPDM lined and drained 4’X20’ tables.
All flower rooms have micro sprinkler irrigation systems capable of watering 4 times per day.
Mobile home used for vegetative growth has floor drains.
Every table has the capacity to switch between 3 different fertilizer solutions at each table.
Irrigation tank room has a 750 gallon float controlled clear water stock tank fed by city water.
There is also an untested well on the property.
On-demand propane water heater heats the water going from the stock tank into four (4) 300 gallon and one (1) 500 gallon reservoirs.
The nutrient solutions are piped to every building.
Lighting is a mix of 65 SE bulbs, 12 CMH and 42 DE bulbs, mostly Nanolux brand, with controllers.
Vegetative growth bulbs are a mix of MH and CMH. Each room is equipped with two 255 pint LGR dehumidifiers, 8 in total. CO2 is ran from a central 400 liter dewar and has valves and controllers in each room. Air flow is above average. There are 6 separate 5-ton AC units.
